Heidi and Kent met while acting. They both lived in New York City and were cast opposite one another in the same play. Kent played Heidi’s sweetheart who went off to war. Unfortunately, their characters didn’t end up together in the play because Kent’s character died before he could return to her. Heidi’s best friend, who saw the show, was so broken-hearted when Kent died. The relationship seemed so real, and these two had to be together. However, their relationship in real life didn’t end with that play. They got to know each other, became friends, and eventually started dating. They moved, changed careers, and bought a home.
When they decided to tie the knot, they actually traveled back to New York City, where it all began. This time, though, it wasn’t an act. They eloped to central park, then celebrated with family and friends at a private estate reception in Phoenix, AZ.
Here are a few photos from their beautiful reception.
Enjoy!
